恒动机械制造公司在德国合作伙伴的帮助下，开发了一种新型结构的带有四个过滤网的双柱式连续不停机换网器。这种新型换网器用于需要连续运行的挤出生产线，要求压力波动很小的的场合。
这种换网器在每一个可滑动的圆柱体上有两个过滤板，在正常工作时，换网器保证在大部分时间里有四个滤网板在工作，这样可以保证很大的流道截面积，使得压力损失很小。在换网的时候，换网器仍有三个滤网板通道畅通，保证有75％的过滤面积正常工作，这样这种换网器的压力波动就比普通的双滤网板圆柱式换网器的压力波动减少了一半，从而保证了挤出流量和基础压力的稳定性，减少次品率，提高生产线稳定性，降低生产成本。
恒动机械公司的新设计还采用了一种新型的专利密封结构，配有特殊设计的排气槽，从而保证了这种换网器在换网过程中不漏料，不裹进空气。这种换网器可用于高产量挤出生产线，包括各种混炼造粒、薄膜挤出和拉丝等工艺流程。
恒动工业新品层出 引中外观众流连
在Chinaplas 2009展会期间，恒动工业公司的展台吸引了不少中外观众的目光。在本次展会上，恒动工业展出了多种首次推出市场的新型产品，包括现场演示的用于破碎PP编织袋物料的双轴撕碎机、目前国内最小的注塑机——新型台式精密注塑机、全国首创的新型结构EPS泡沫塑料破碎机，以及与聚合物新型成型装备国家工程研究中心联合展出了可以节能30%的新型挤出机。
其中，双轴撕碎机是该公司引进意大利先进技术最新推出的产品，可用于编织袋、农用薄膜、废旧滴灌带、旧地毯、无纺布、塑料桶、塑料板等大块固体废物。台式精密注塑机是目前国内最小的注塑机，由该公司与华南理工大学合作开发，用于小批量小型零件注塑成型和科研院所制作试验样品，还可用于医疗器件的精密注塑成型。
与传统设备比较，全国首创的新型结构 EPS泡沫塑料破碎机噪音很低，仅75分贝，泡沫破碎颗粒大小可设定，缩小泡沫废料的体积 2~3 倍，破碎的颗粒可用于货物运输包装的填充物，适合物流公司和邮政包裹做防压物品的缓冲物。破碎料进一步压实缩小 20 倍后，可大大节省运输空间和成本。
此外，该公司引进美国技术开发的塑料熔体过滤换网器， 70% 出口欧美发达国家，由于产品品质优良，目前销售已是去年同期的 2 倍以上，前景乐观。
据该公司市场销售人员介绍，当前的世界性金融危机对该公司的销售没有明显影响，公司在最近一年中规模有所扩大，推出了更多的新产品。该公司的发言人说：在危机中需要找准自己的定位，近期内我们将进一步完善和系列化已有产品，并陆续推出一些独特的新产品，寻求与更多的欧美公司进行技术合作。
恒动工业公司以外销为主，大约 80％的产品是面向欧美等发达国家市场的，由于该公司在业内的广泛联系和海外的知名度，该公司的产品在金融危机后获得了更多欧客户的注意。随着国内厂家对设备质量要求的提高，该公司的高品质设备将在国内市场获得更多的认可，预计该公司今年在内销市场会有较快的增长。
Report Chinaplas: Harden Industries from China Introduced Several new products in the show.
The most striking product in the booth of Harden Industries Ltd, China, was the running innovative extruder based on the theory of elongation rheology. The machine is composed of several melt pumps, which is totally different from the conventional screw type extruders. The company claimed that the machine can save 30% of energy compares to conventional extruders.
Innovative plastic extruder
Sales manager of the company putted a red colorant into the extruder feeding port, and very soon it is seen that the film became red from natural colour and the coloured film came of the die evenly and nicely.
Another machine was a two shaft shredder for shredding woven sacks, agriculture film, carpet, irrigation hoses, and non-woven fabrics. At the booth was also exhibited a low noise EPS foam shredder and a Styrofoam compactor. The foam shredder can be used to make foam flakes in replacement of peanut foam cushion material, and the EPS foam compactor can greatly reduce the volume of EPS foam scraps that enable scrap collectors to greatly reduce transportation cost of light weight foam scraps, which is composed of 98% air.
The desktop injection moulding machine is another machine that first time shown at Chinaplas this year. The small injection press was jointly developed by Harden Industries and a local university. It is used for the application of small batches production of small parts and for lab testing purposes. Cost of such a machine is less than half of a similar machine from the US or Europe.
Other products the company exhibited include screen changers and feed screws. About 70% of the company’s products were sold to international market, mostly to developed countries. “We positioned ourselves as top quality product supplier in China.” said the company management, “by cooperating with our friends from Germany, Italy and the US, we are supplying fairly good quality machines with affordable price to European and North American market. Due to the current economic situation, more and more Western companies are coming to use for lower cost options.”

Small in size, equivalent L/D of 4 to 6 compares to a conventional screw type extruder, which usually has L/D of 18x 38. This extruder saves 20% to 30% of the energy compares to a conventional screw type extruder.
Improved mixing ability: Versatile to different material, no need to change mechanical components of the extruder when switch processed material.
2.3 Applications: Various extrusion process, including sheet, film,
pipe, profile, and injection plasticizing process.
2.4 Market: An alternative to conventional screw type extruder. New
machine lines and replacement of existing extrusion lines for energy
saving and improving product quality.
3. EPS Foam Shredder and EPS compactor
Greatly reduce the volume of EPS foam scraps that enable scrap collectors to greatly reduce transportation cost of light weight foam scraps, which is composed of 98% air. As less than 25% of the EPS foam scrap is being recycled and many foam scraps end-up land fill, which takes up too much space, these foam shredders and foam compactors really a green technology that to reduce waste and for recycle foam scraps.
4. Two Shaft Shredder for Woven Sacks Recycling
Application: recycling of PP woven sacks, non-woven fabrics, carpet,
plastic drums, and plastic panels. Features: Strong knives, robust base frame, easy for maintenance. Single Shaft Shredder for Plastic Bottles and Drums Recycling Characterized with a slant hydraulic pusher, the machine can be used for recycling of plastic bottles, plastic drums, extruded lumps, and other plastic scraps.
